Default Yamaha G-851 Guitar

I'm considering a used Yamaha G-851 but I've had no success finding specs/info about this instrument on Yamaha's site or elsewhere. Could anyone advise?

Thank you!

Default Yamaha G-851 Guitar

Are you sure it's a Yamaha G-851 Guitar, maybe a Yamaha G-85A Guitar?

It could be a G-85A... it's listed online (http://www.shopgoodwill.com/viewItem...temID=18495589) and the photo of the interior is ambiguous. I sent a note to the seller to confirm.

It certainly looks like other photos of the G-85A that I can find. Dayton is right down the road from me, so I could pick it up and save shipping if it works out.

Thank you!

Response from the friendly Goodwill staffer:
I checked the label on the inside and it does say Yamaha 851. I did try to research and found a few notations that G851 is an older model but I can't find any reference to it on a Yamaha site. The only other notation I found was yours asking the question about the model on the acoustic guitar website (LOL).
And response to my post on Yamaha's FB page:
Nothing in my database mentions that model and I only found one person on the web that has one, so it sounds like either a limited release or a non-U.S. distributed guitar, possibly Europe or Japan.

I am also looking at that guitar, and I am also local to Dayton. My concern is the damage on the front. In the photo it doesn't look too bad.
