"TRADED" UNAVAILABLE *Stonebridge OM32-SM* "Aged Sitka / Mahogany"
I purchased this Stonebridge about 2 weeks ago from a well respected forum member "GKiller" wanting to try out a Stonebridge OM. I have owned a G23cr Stonebridge for about 5 years now and always wondered if this body size and wood combination would fit into my guitar stable and playing style.
After playing this guitar for a while I have come to the conclusion that it is really really "GREAT". The vibes from the strings vibrate into my body more than any other guitar I have ever played. The sustain beats my G23CR and my "newly acquired Furch D35 ASR. It's more comfortable to play than either of those as well. I haven't spent much time playing smaller bodied guitars in general but when I received this I finally realized what people mean when they say this guitar "Doesn't know it's a small bodied guitar". It is loud and can handle agressive strumming while still projecting loud clear sound. The cool thing is it also loves light fingerpicking. Very responsive. What I learned from this guitar is that I prefer the sound of rosewood back and sides. I like the "Woody" tone from the Mahogany but miss the complexity of the "Rosewood". So all of this isn't the guitars fault it's the player. I believe this guitar to be pretty "amazing". And it is a "LOOKER" as well. This Stonebridge is in mint condition...not a scratch or blem on it. Aged Sitka Spruce top with mahogany back/sides, open nickel tuners, tortoise binding...it is an absolutely beautiful guitar. Comes with hardshell case that is also in mint excellent condition (one small ding in CASE). TRADE***** Open to all trades. I can vouch for this fantastic guitar, as Cory acquired it from ME. His description is spot on...it is a phenomenal guitar all-around. But, as he states, it is a smaller-body guitar (larger than an 000) and that size doesn't suit those players who may require or prefer a larger body.
The guitar is mint and sounds/looks fantastic...someone will be very happy with this one! Plus, Cory is a straight-up guy to deal with...great communicator and honest across the board. Don't pass this one up...going to be a great one for some lucky player. |

Thanks Timothy,
I sure do love the look of this guitar as well. I believe the sound to be even better than the look. That's saying something. Played it a bit tonight last night and it's still sounds as good as ever. Just a matter of taste when it comes down to the intricacy of sounds. Someone is gonna love this guitar. |
