Default General Estimate for a Martin 0-15m?

Anyone have any idea on what Martin would charge for a custom 0-15m?
nothing fancy, only thing I would want is a 1 11/16 nut

Jim

Hi Jim,

Martin doesn't sell guitars direct, but we order both 12-fret 0-15S which are priced at $1699, and the 14-fret 0-15M which we sell for $1499. Full gloss finish ads $300.

Hi Ted, thanks. actually came across the one you were selling last week searching, just saw that it had a 1 3/4 nut. for whatever reason all the acoustic guitars I have are a 1 11/16 nut so that's what I'm used to. I never even considered nut width but since I'm gonna spend a lot I thought get what I've always liked playing.

You can order one with the 1-11/16" nut at the same price. Current lead time is six months. And I think the custom shop version is well worth the extra few hundred.

I wonder if there is a reason why so many prefer 1 3/4? Have you tried one?

Default Martin 0-15m

Hello I received my 0-15m custom shop guitar in August.
It is a 14 frett Model with an ebony board and bridge.
It has the 1 11/16 nut. It cost approx. $2500.00 CAD.
It took around 8 months to get after I ordered it.
I would rather a wider nut width.
Good luck.
James

Hey, JimmyD...you need to buy this for a steal of a a deal before I do...and I want it, but don't need it. It's exactly what you want...1.75" nut width and everything! I personally prefer the glossy top and binding that Ted at L.A. Guitar provides (at a higher cost & brand new...) but it you like satin with no binding...
