Inbetween I fixed the roller with a tape and put new strings on the guitar.
WOW! Even if they were wrong with age and I told them if they don`t give me back 20% of the charge (I had the same idea as you...) I will send the guitar back - I don`t believe I can really ship it back because of the "WOW". I mailed with the shop, they will send me a new Taylor mechanic. They had send new strings with the package but if I were a shop I would deliver such a guitar as it`s best...not half made. I guess this is a messy shop down there in Italy - I found instructions for the ES-N System not for the Fishman which is built in. And the best is: I haven`t received any invoice for the guitar yet (I paid via paypal without having an invoice) and as I now asked for it, they thought, I will know for sure that they are a "real" Taylor Trader and sent me their invoice from the wholesale where they got the guitar from... The strange thing ist, they bought the guitar in 2010 for the shop... But all this doesn`t matter, I will have fixed the roller and be happy with this great guitar. I hope, my guitar teacher who will check the guitar through next week, won`t find more faults. @ M19: Although I sold one camera system to afford the 72 I still own some good stuff - I´m a professional photographer. Maybe I do some more pictures of the guitar and post them.
