man, that really sucks. i'm thinking error. as opposed to just straight up scandalousness. although, I'm sure that happens as well.

GC has a 45 day return policy.
You can easily take back to any store.
Then get full refund including shipping fees.

I know it's a bummer... waiting for delivery and expectations of a "sweet" new guitar day ...

I believe GC defines vintage as 25 years or older. And the return policy on vintage guitars is 3 days. So if it's vintage, don't delay.

Well sure. Just a little creative license on my part. I just thought that "unloading" on someone seems a little extreme. There's nothing wrong with voicing your concern in a rational and proactive manner and the OP should register a complaint given he does have an issue.
