Default Help me identify this pickup

I'm reposting with this question with the appropriate picture this time

Picked up a 2002 Larrivee LV-72KK second hand and would like help identifying this passive piezo pickup which sounds amazing (thus wanting to know what it is)

It could be a Fishman piezo of some sort though it could be any number of manufacturers. Be careful in handling it, if the shielding gets scratched you will end up with horrible noise.

It was handled by a professional luthier =)
