do you have any documentation as to how these were sourced? Like where did you get them? Sorry to have so many questions, but I'm interested and just want to check all of the boxes.

FWI is Fossilized Walrus Ivory, unlike elephant ivory, is not a banned material and, as its name implies, is harvested from the fossilized remains of walruses.

When you switched to bone(It is harder than bone), you can notice a big jump in definition, better volume and sustain.

FWB is very popular item for better sound to high end guitar makers and owners.

+ It is also fantastic to watch.

Right, that is why I'm asking, there has been an uptick in the killing of living walruses and chemically treating the tusk ivory to give it the appearance of fossilized walrus ivory. Don't mean to offend and not trying to be a jerk about it, just was wondering if you had any background information on where your FWI pieces came from. I would love to invest in something like this for my main guitar, just want to make sure I do it the right way.

I bought this from my friend, authorized dealer, live in AK.
He have sold fossilized walrus ivory and fossilized mammoth ivory for over 10 years. I don't know all of history of this FWI but I strongly believe it is legal product.
