I've decided to go with an engleman spruce top rather than the aforementioned German spruce top. It just felt right. The first internal structural element is being glued on, I'll hopefully have this one boxed by mid week.

Building has slowed down due to the shop move. The new space isn't ready until December, so for now I'll limp along on a borrowed bench in a borrowed shop. It's nice to have woodworking pals. I started the binding process today and should finish tomorrow.

Thanks for taking a look a my latest build. I actually decided last minute to go with an Engleman spruce top. I found it as I was digging through my wood stash and it just seemed like the right top of this guitar. I'll definitely use the German spruce top soon!
