PRS SE Singlecut FS $450 obo - Washington DC Area

I have a 2007 PRS SE Singlecut for sale. I Bought it new on January 8, 2008 - this model is now discontinued but is sort of like a mix between the Tremonti/245/Santana. It has a Mahogany back and neck, Maple top, and Rosewood fretboard with quarter moon inlays. Set neck, 25" scale length, 22 frets to the body, PRS closed-back tuners, and dual humbuckers. It's in great shape with only one minor scratch in the paint on the back.. there is a little bit of belt rash on the plastic electronics cover as well. It really is a great guitar for the money and is very versatile. I'll include the strap (it's on strap locks and I don't know where I put the stock buttons) and the hardshell case it came with. It lives either in its case or hanging on a wall mount in my living room which is kept at 72 degrees and 40-45% humidity year round. I'm asking $350obo. It's a fantastic guitar, I just rarely ever play it since I'm more of an acoustic guy, and could use the money more at the moment. I'm located in Arlington, VA (Washington, DC area) and would be more than happy to meet up somewhere if anyone local is interested and wants to take it on a little test run. Let me know if there are any questions or anything! I'll also throw some new strings on and polish it before selling.
