Default Georgia (Hoagy Carmichael) recently rediscovered live performance

Hi all!
I recently rediscovered this video from a few years back. This arrangement was based on a version that Martin Taylor recorded. I actually haven't played this in a long while, and would need to completely re-learn it in order to perform it once more. Should I start working on it again?

That sounds really good to me. I'd definitely keep it as part of the repertoire.

Thanks for watching and listening! Perhaps it's time to start re-acquainting myself to this tune.

Thanks Rene, I have forgotten how to play countless tunes. Unless I play each tune constantly, they get lost.

Yes, Nate, bring it back! There are some lovely voicings in there, bass runs, improv, a real tour de force!!

A super version to be sure. I'm working on a simpler version from Acoustic Guitar mag Aug 2020. (Adam Perlmutter acoustic classics) Love this classic!

You also have my vote for bringing it back. That was excellent. I think once it feels completely natural it can be a real groovy toe tapper :-)

Thanks! I'm not sure if or when I'll ever get this one back under my fingers.
