The adjuster for the two-way rod that Martin use now sits deeper in the block than the old one-way rod, and can't be reached with a standard Allen key. Been this way for a few years now - all three of my Martins have the two-way rod, and I have one of the above wrenches to make the very occasional adjustment.
Martin sells the 5mm wrench for $4.00 plus shipping. It will work with either the one way adjustable truss rod (longer shaft) or the newer, two way adjustable truss rod (set in deeper into the neck block).

The only problem is $10.00 shipping so I bought two of them so it shouldn't go to waste. LOL.
