Which blows my mind. Personally, I can't imagine not tweaking my own relief. It is very easy and, if done properly, very difficult to do any damage.

(1) Make small adjustments
(2) Measure relief with a feeler gauge in between adjustments
(3) Don't try to force anything

If you follow those 3 guidelines you really can't mess anything up. I would hate to have to visit a tech every time I wanted to change string gauge or when the humidity changed.
