Pretty close - you hardly need our help!
The only things I think you got wrong are the C after the E7 which should be Am7 (C with A bass, so not very wrong at all
).
And there's no D#dim7 in the bridge, it's just D for 2 bars. D#dim7 sounds good though (rootless B7b9 as Jeff posted), so keep it!
