The AGF Classified have some spectacular deals right now. I'm kind of a Martin fan, so my list is a bit biased:
I love Martin Jubers, especially the mahogany ones. 2 1/4 bridge spacing, Adirondack top, cutaway.

Not a Martin, but I'm a Tony Yamamoto fan too:

The OM-21 is a classic Martin and a bargain. Here's one with some years on it:

Here's one with a gorgeous sunburst finish:

The OM-28V is a very versatile guitar, sensitive enough for fingerstyle, strong enough for flatpicking.
One from the 90s:

One with factory electronics, a low profile neck, and 2 1/4 bridge spacing:

Oooops, just connected with the preference for small builders ... well, these are the guitars that have been making me wish I had room in my stable recently, even if they're mostly factory items. There is a pretty good assortment of small shop instruments in the classifieds as well, and I think you'll generally find better deals on better quality instruments here on AGF than you will on Ebay or most dealers.
