Just an update for those wondering:
I brought it back and told the to fix the buzzing because that's what I originally came for. I didn't want to piss this guy off to bad but I made it pretty obvious that I was unhappy with the service and would not be a returning customer.
This guy is a total scam and didn't do half the things he claimed (obviously lol).
Please avoid this guy at all costs! Wild Dutch Guitar Repair in Ohio.
