I started to work on bracing the back of my Purpleheart Sucia. My photo feed is looking very purple the last few days.
I am following Ervin Somogyi’s thoughts on bracing that he discuses in much detail in his books on the responsive guitar. My guitar backs are prepared thin to keep them active. This along with bracing that is tall and lightweight.
I’m using riven Sitka spruce for all the bracing on this guitar.
