My wife and I got to see Tommy Emmanuel last night in Denver for the kickoff of his "Classics & Christmas" tour. It was my fourth time seeing TE and this time I had the privilege of meeting him backstage at the pre-show "Meet-N-Greet."

This show/tour is a bit different than the other three times I've seen him. He started with a set of his classics and then for the second set played with a three-piece band for many traditional and original Christmas tunes. It was a great evening and Tommy did not disappoint. If he comes to your town, I'd highly recommend the show as a way to celebrate the holidays, tapping your feet next to some people you love.
