Sorry about that. My experience with building nylon strings is limited to a crossover parlor I built about ten years ago, and I was shocked at how high I had to set the action to avoid buzzing. I remember considering cutting off the fretboard at the zero fret so that I could raise the strings a bit at the nut, but ended up putting in more relief and lowering the saddle. It still buzzes if played aggressively, but is playable.
I try not to comment on anything with which I don't have direct experience, but I must admit I was extrapolating a bit beyond my experience with that post.
