I had a black 1935 for a while. It had a cool vibe, and played well. It was good for old timey blues etc. Not a very loud guitar. These were prone to top sinkage behind the bridge; so check for that. Not sure what they are asking, but also not a very easy resell if you don't like it. If it's more than $1000 I'd make sure I thought it over very well.
