I also have the non padded version, similar to the one Ed-in-Ohio posted. I think the one Ed likes is a better value. $35-10% for AGF members.

I also like Walker and Williams straps. If you aren't really fussy about top-of-the-line leather quality on the outside they have incredible bargains at $29. The padding is as nice as some straps costing much more. I got this one and I like it a lot. It took awhile to break in, but for the money it's really nice.
