The tuning is E A D G A D.
The first chord is a deliberately dissonant one: A E A A D# (x-0-2-2-0-1) I guess you could call that "A5(#4)".
Then there's a Cadd9, played as the usual shape - X-3-(2)-0-3-0, but giving the notes C (E) G C D instead of C (E) G D E. (In fact he misses the 4th string, so he's getting Csus2, C G C D)

The rest are easy enough to work out, the video is very clear (and you can slow it down if you have to).
