I'm sorry you didn't get your all-expenses-paid trip to France to look for your guitar, Gerardo, but I guess that
would have been a bit much.
This kind of response puts Emerald Guitars' customer service up there with the very best, and will go a long way toward helping people select their guitars over those from companies that don't care about their customers.
Please be sure to post a thorough review, pictures, and even a recording or two when your new guitar arrives and you have a chance to get to know it a bit. I suspect we will all be interested!
