Default Felt a little glum last nite.

Every year a music director in our city puts on a huge Christmas concert. Four concerts from Friday to Sunday with a packed house for all. Venue holds 650 people. Last year they turned people away.

He has a 100 voice choir along with a 40 voice children's choir. Soloist's etc. He hires a full orchestra with bass, percussion, brass, strings woodwinds etc. It's quite a production and he invited me to sit in on five songs with my acoustic which I am honored to do. I did some finger style, strumming and accompaniment.

We started working on this at the beginning of September. You practice, gear up and look forward to it. It's a big hit. But then it's all over just like that. A little depressing. It's a memory but the next one will be here before you know it.

Some of you likely have had the same feeling.
