I have a Cervantes crossover classical guitar that has a very nice aroma to it. It's made of EIR and sitka spruce top, nothing special, but for whatever reason, it has a very nice scent.
I also have a steel string hand made Gerald Sheppard, Italian spruce over BRW, and it really has a lovely scent, too. It's 7-8 years old but every time I pull it out of the case that lovely aroma is there.
