I have used a tone rite on all my guitars and it has worked best on my new guitars especially those that were recently built. Some with dramatic change and some less. I used it on a 000 Chinese made Silver creek guitar and it had incredible results. On the other hand I used it on 3 Larravee guitars and for some reason noticed no effect at all. I believe, from my experience that it is a great tool and works most of the time with varying effects..
