I have a great Custom 24, and I have played others. PRS does make a wonderful instrument, that unfortunately, gets bashed a lot, probably by jealous Fender/Gibson owners (no offense to those who like those, but why diss another superb maker?
I have never had the chance to try and S2, but I would assume they are well built as they are made in PRS' US factory.
I bought mine for a recording project that never came to be, so I have it on the block (I primarily play acoustic guitar and bass).
