Yes; Tom doesn't like the unfinished look. Interior of sides are finished lightly as well.
I think he uses a thin coat of shellac so as to not impair vibration etc. I guess it's "sealed" rather than finished. I can check.
Rory Dowling in the UK finishes the interior for the same reason - he feels it makes for a "classier" guitar.
