The HD-28VS is a twelve fret to the body guitar.
That is a concideration if you like to pick up to the higher frets.
I have a HD 28V and love it........fourteen fret to body.
I dig the v style neck. However, I have big hands and long thumb...works well for me, and i use the upper frets quite often.
