My understanding is that Taylor authorized repair shop can do most repair such as neck reset. Can they upgrade pickups top, I'm not sure. You see some people thing Taylor second generation pickups are the ES 2 pickups when it's not. This is why you ask for serial number before making the purchase and check with Taylor first.
Only the seller will know who repaired the crack. He is your source for this.
