Favorite.....is quite different than best....so I sort of like Charlie Ward, the FSU quarterback who won the Heisman and then decided to play pro basketball. Sort of the unsung hero type....
As a kid, now referred to as a young person, Daryle LaMonica, QB, and George Blanda (old guy and former QB, who got it done as a kicker) of the Oakland Raiders (and I grew up on the east coast). Played touch, flag, and tackle as a kid, and as the QB, I was Lamonica. Oh, now I know why my body aches!
yea, I remember of the Heidi game...and yes, we had Jet's Season Tickets...$12 each per game!
