I have a Guild D40 that I purchased new in '75. I played it so much it had to be regretted about 20 yrs ago. It still plays well all the way up the neck.
If one likes the Guild sound and you don't mind a players guitar how can you go wrong? A Vintage American made acoustic for <$700. Check the price of a new Guild D40…..OUCH !
