Thanks for those measurements. They help confirm my measurements of a "Taylor" branded tuner I have here in the shop. The Gotoh shaft is slightly smaller (3.9mm) and the flat is a bit deeper (3.15mm between them) and tapered a bit from the end to the body.

My limited experience is that the shaft is consistent on the different models of Gotoh, but the screw heads and lengths may be different.

I also have a couple Grover tuners here (a full size and a mini). The shaft is 3.9mm (same as Gotoh) but the flats are not as deep (3.5mm like the "Taylor" tuner).

I'm keeping these variations in mind as I update my tooling, but for now my primary focus is the Gotoh's for my own instruments.
