Boiled linseed oil. Can get it at the hardware store.
Cover sound hole with wide painter's tape.
Lightly scour frets and fretboard with 0000 steel wool.
Brush away dust and fines.
Apply oil sparingly.
Don't use more than what soaks into a paper towel in 1-2 seconds.
Wipe all the excess off.
Then wipe a few more times.
Don't do it more than 1/year.
