Not too many bearclaw Adirondack out there and the flaming mahogany is master grade. Ivory will soon be prohibited for any kind of purpose and it really delivers a piano like quality to the tone.
This one is "eye candy". More importantly it's tonal quality and playability is superb. Your pricing is way below its value by at least $2k.
