I book all my flights online. Haven't used a travel agent done I retired over six years ago.

I took my first southwest flight as their were no other cariers with direct flights from Hartford to Raleigh/Durham. I was a bit apprehensive about the lack of an assigned seat but it was not as bad as expected. Flight attendant "service" seemed a notch above the other (domestic) carriers.
