I don't have to if it's unnecessary. I sparsely use the effects it has on board but only because I don't generally use anything and it's there so I noodle with some light reverb. But obviously could get that elsewhere.
The only reason I would have it around or would add it is if someone needed to jump in the mix and I had it as a backup.
