Plenty of good suggestion thus far, but to be honest this is a rather tormenting question, because in the end there is no replacement for taking in a live show. The truly great performers are in their element on stage, feeding off of an audience and vice versa. I've seen many of the artists mentioned already in this thread and countless others and haven't found any recorded works that come close to matching the experience of attending the live shows.
