GibbyPrague response in another thread got me thinking, I think it was with the Gibson Songwriter gloss necks.
Heck, if anyone can give me an example of a Gibson satin neck, I'd like to hear about it.
All my Gibson necks are gloss and that's one of my major complaints regarding Gibson.
All my Martins have satin necks (or at least i think they do) and i love working in that gloss neck with my own hands.
Why does Gibsons only have gloss necks and Martin satin necks ?
Okay, another blanket statement but please supply any anomalies to this assumption.
