Yes, same guitar-same non-parallel fret markers
The metric ruler pictured is 1.0 mm increments on the left and 0.5 mm increments on the right.
So, just over 2.0 mm - probably 2.2-2.3 mm
I tune 'C' to 'C'.
If you want to tune 'B' to 'B' you may need to raise that height as the strings will have less tension and may be too floppy/buzzy.
