The MMVs are nice guitars, entry level (for Martin) but all wood, and yes the 000 is short scale, there currently is no OM.

My GC has and sells a lot them, every one I have picked up has been a pretty nice guitar, at their price point I think they are excellent. No Richlite, short scale and 1-11/16" nut.

000s and OM's overlap like crazy (same body unless 12 fret) but the traditional difference has been 1-11/16" nut and short scale on the standard 000's, and wider nut and long scale on the OM's, but there are a LOT of exceptions.
