Does the HK system come with (or would it fit in) a wheeled bag like the Fishman SA220? With that bag, I could strap my mic stand to the outside using straps integrated for that purpose onto the bag and could wheel it along or carry it on the provided shoulder strap while holding my guitar case (containing a compact Cooperstand guitar stand) in one hand and wearing a small backpack with my mic and cables. One trip for everything. If you adapted to the environment by limiting your self to one guitar (you imply you have more than one instrument) and by doing without the pedalboard, you too might well be able to make it a one-trip operation.
