[Seadra]

I just noticed the fretboard on my Recording King RD327 has a slight crack running along the top, near the middle. It appears to begin near the nut, then it gets slightly more pronounced and extends up 3 frets. Any ideas on what might cause this, and how to prevent it from getting worse ... or am I doomed? Never had this happen to me before, so I guess I've been fortunate until now.
