This isn't a stock Larrivee PV-09. According to the AGF'er I bought it from, it was previously owned by finger stylist Larry Pattis. Named one of the "Top 10 Best Acoustic Music Artists of the Decade" by the International Acoustic Music Awards. Mr. Pattis made some significant improvements to this little parlor guitar. Those improvements include:
- Installing fat frets for improved bending and vibrato
- Installing a Highlander pickup prefered by many professionals
- Replacing original tuners with Gotoh 21:1 Delta Tuners (Unbelievably smooth & accurate)
- Replacing original saddle and nut with bone
