I bought mine from my local dealer and just told him that, if it's not up to his standards, send it back and get another. He didn't have to send it back, but he did do a complete setup before I took delivery.
After a while, I replaced the original cone with a Quarterman cone from Stew Mac and,WOW! the difference was like night and day.
