This is not a Guitalele but a Lili'u which is very different due to the use of octave strings. I really want one ...

As for Guitaleles several of the models have been mentioned but I would also like to point out the Gretsch guitar uke:

I have its 4 string (low G) solid wood equivalent (G9120-SM) and it's an outstanding uke that plays like butter and has a pretty big sound, definitely not the plinky type, due to its deeper body. I compared it to several Kalas that people paid more than double what I did and the Kalas didn't even come close in terms of sound and playability (they are pretty though).
