The Martin Grand J12-40E Special listed here in Australia for $7299.00.
Some time around 2010/11 Martin Guitars changed distributors here and for some reason some dealers/stores didn't meet the new distributors requirements and they lost their Martins.
They sold off all their 'existing stock' Martins at reduced prices.
I paid $4500 which was $2799 less than the same guitar at a music store near me that had maintained their Martin dealership.(and refused to budge one single dollar on the $7299.00 price)
