Some of the things on your list are quite regional. I would buy a band saw local... Craigslist is your best bet. Join OLF (Official Luthiers Forum) and advertise your wants there. I bought out a local fully equipped Luthier with all most all of the tools and 50 sets of wood! For pennies on the dollar. I found him on the OLF.
I have found eBay to be too heavily bid on cool old tools
BTW wear face protection. Especially when cutting Spalted woods. Spalt is mold.
