I had a Journey RT660 for a while and the only reason why I returned it is because the neck profile didn't fit my hands and my style of playing (fingerstyle). Other than this very personal issue, it is an exceptional guitar with a great warm sound and unbelievable basses. Great value for the money.
I would not hesitate to go for it. Also, take into account that if for any reason you do not like it you can always return it and order an X20. The opposite would be a bit more complicated.
