Suggest you contact Fishman Customer Service. I'll pretty much guarantee that the problem lies with the fit of the saddle in the bridge, not making enough contact on the UST pickup element that's sitting under the saddle.
The call or email to Fishman might save you from having to return the guitar to the dealer...
