I do these comparison things all the time as people are curious what certain guitars sound like (ones that they cant play firsthand). I compared (posted) a Martin D-35 to a Stanford PSD-28 dread awhile back to show the similarities and differences. I've actually had to bite the bullet and buy based on reviews a couple times (lack of nearby retailers). The guitars I was able to hear online (recorded) before I bought turned out to be the ones worth buying
, in my own experience anyways.
